At Papinelle, we want you to love your sleepwear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return full-priced items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
